1. The administrator processes the User's personal data for the purpose of direct marketing via electronic means of communication (e.g., e-mail messages), preventing fraud, preventing unauthorized access to the network, and reporting potential crimes to the relevant authorities.
2. This means that this data is particularly needed for registration on the website and subscription to the newsletter.
3. The User can consent to receiving information about news and promotions, which will result in the administrator also processing personal data to send the User commercial information regarding, among others, new products or services, promotions, or sales.

The User may object to the processing of personal data at any time, both regarding all personal data processed by the administrator and only within a limited scope, e.g., concerning data processing for a specific purpose. The objection does not affect actions already taken. Lodging an objection will result in the deletion of the User's account along with all personal data recorded and processed by the administrator so far.
6. The User may request the restriction of the processing of personal data, whether for a specific period or without a time limit but within a specified scope, which the administrator will be obliged to fulfill. This request does not affect actions already taken.
7. The User may request that the administrator transfer their personal data to another entity. To do this, they should write a request to the administrator, indicating which entity (name, address) the personal data should be transferred to and which specific data the User wishes to be transferred. After confirming the User's wish, the administrator will transfer the User's personal data in electronic form to the indicated entity. Confirmation of the request by the User is necessary for the security of the User's personal data and to ensure that the request comes from an authorized person.
8. The administrator informs the User about actions taken within one month of receiving one of the requests mentioned in the previous points.
VII. Entrusting the Processing of Personal Data to Other Entities
1. The administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to entities cooperating with the administrator or other groups within the enterprise for internal administration purposes, including Centrum Architekta Sp. z o.o., to the extent necessary for the execution of transactions, e.g., for the preparation of ordered goods and delivery of shipments or the provision of commercial information from the administrator (the latter applies to Users who have consented to receiving commercial information).
2. Except for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, Users' personal data will not be disclosed to third parties or transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending third-party marketing materials.
